We appreciate your trust in our made-to-order, family-focused products. The policy below ensures clarity, fairness, and protection for both customers and our small business.


Accepted Payment Methods

MFamilyHub uses secure SSL encryption and complies with PCI standards.
We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update depending on the carrier.

Please monitor your tracking frequently to avoid missed or returned deliveries.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We cannot refund or replace orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

  • Address changes are allowed within 12 hours after ordering.

  • After 12 hours, the order is in production and cannot be modified.

If your package is held at your local post office due to an address issue, please contact the post office directly to complete the delivery.


Personalized / Custom-Made Items – Final Sale

No Returns – No Refunds – No Exchanges

All personalized products (items printed with your name, family name, initials, or custom text) are final sale because they are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Custom items cannot be returned due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong name, size, or color

  • Personal preference or subjective quality opinions


Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will remake it free of charge.

To request a replacement, please email support@mfamilyhub.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Order number

  2. Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

  3. Full-product photo

⚠️ Requests without photo evidence cannot be approved.
Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept physical returns for any items because:

  • All products are personalized and made to order

  • Return shipping is expensive

  • Customized items cannot be resold

A discount code can be offered if you wish to reorder with different details.


Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations: Accepted within 1 hour after purchase.

  • Order modifications: Allowed within 12 hours (name, color, address).

After this timeframe, the order is already in production.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered, MFamilyHub is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages collected by neighbors or building staff

  • Packages misplaced after delivery

If the tracking shows Lost / Not Delivered, we will support carrier investigations and may issue a replacement where appropriate.


Customs Fees (International Orders)

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund.
