Washed Trucker Cap — Roomier Fit
Designed with a larger circumference and a deeper crown, the Washed Trucker Cap provides more room than our standard Washed Baseball Cap. It is a comfortable alternative for customers who often find regular caps too tight or shallow.

Which Cap Should I Choose?
Choose the Washed Baseball Cap if you prefer a classic standard fit and your head measures up to approximately 23.6 in / 60 cm.
Choose the Washed Trucker Cap if standard caps usually feel tight or shallow, or if you prefer a deeper, roomier fit with breathable mesh panels.
If you normally wear a US fitted size 7 5/8, your head circumference is approximately 23.9–24 in / 60.6–61 cm. Based on the published measurements, the Washed Trucker Cap is the more suitable option.
How to Measure Your Head
- Use a soft measuring tape.
- Wrap it around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 in / 2.5 cm above your eyebrows.
- Keep the tape above your ears and level around the back of your head.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
- Measure two or three times and use the largest consistent measurement.
Cap fit note: All measurements and US fitted-size conversions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. Head shape and personal fit preferences can also affect how a cap feels. For the best result, use your actual head circumference as the primary reference.

How to Measure Your T‑Shirt
- Lay a T‑shirt that fits you well on a flat surface without stretching it.
- A — Width: Measure straight across the shirt from edge to edge, approximately 1 in below the sleeve seams.
- B — Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder beside the collar down to the bottom hem.
Size Tolerance
- Width tolerance: ±1 in / ±2.5 cm
- Length tolerance: ±1.25 in / ±3.2 cm
