Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping Address Accuracy
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check that your address is complete and correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@mfamilyhub.com and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
Delays, Lost & Undelivered Packages
Estimated delivery times apply under normal conditions. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or in cases of severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control, delivery may take longer than estimated. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or is not delivered within 60 days of your order date, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
